The sad and devastating tsunami disaster in Japan, to say the least, is devastating.
With all the latest [early] warning systems designed, developed and deployed by the Japanese to predict and forecast earth quake and tsunami have been , literally, tossed around by Nature which has given us enough indications to show who is the real ‘boss’.
When is enough – not enough?
