Full Responsibility

It is simple and common sense. When 'full responsibility' is taken for an act, it is expected that the person owning responsibility also accepts the onus of any 'remedial' action - be it punishment or praise.

Indian Prime Minister accepts  'full responsibility' for appointment of Chief Vigilance Commissioner which has been struck down by the Supreme Court.

Just the responsibility. Is that enough?

When is 'enough - not enough?
